Scope of the service
DreamBody provides AI-driven photo transformation and body-preview services through its website, mobile application, and related product surfaces.
The service is intended for lawful personal use. If local rules, age restrictions, or sector-specific regulations make that use inappropriate, you should not access the service.
Eligibility and account responsibility
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating or managing an account.
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity that happens through your account.
- If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use DreamBody only with parental or guardian permission.
Plans, purchases, and cancellation
DreamBody may offer free access, subscriptions, or other purchase formats. The exact pricing, billing cadence, and availability can change over time.
If you buy through Apple or Google, that platform's billing and cancellation rules apply together with these terms.
Unless applicable law or the billing platform requires otherwise, purchases are generally treated as non-refundable once access has been issued.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of the content you upload, but you grant DreamBody the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, transform, store, and display that content in order to operate and improve the service.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload any photo, likeness, or other content you submit. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates law.
Prohibited activity
- Using DreamBody for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing security measures, or interfering with the service infrastructure.
- Uploading content that is infringing, defamatory, hateful, misleading, or violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
- Creating false accounts, impersonating another person, or using automated means to abuse the service.
Intellectual property and service changes
DreamBody and its related visuals, software, text, media, and brand assets remain the property of DreamBody or its licensors. Those materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
DreamBody may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time if needed for maintenance, compliance, product changes, or abuse prevention.
Privacy and data handling
Your use of the service is also subject to the DreamBody Privacy Policy.
By using DreamBody, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed where DreamBody or its service providers operate the product.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to DreamBody's operating entity in Kazakhstan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
