Payment Information

DreamBody is free to download and offers paid subscriptions through the app stores. This page explains how billing, failed payments, refunds, and support work around the current product experience.

How purchases work

DreamBody currently highlights weekly, monthly, and annual subscription options. The landing page presents those options so people can understand the store offer before choosing where to continue.

Your access begins through the DreamBody mobile app and the relevant app-store flow. The pricing shown on the landing is informational; the final charge is controlled by the billing channel where you complete the purchase.

Before you pay

  • Review the subscription period and make sure it matches how you expect to use DreamBody.
  • Confirm that you are logged into the correct Apple, Google, or DreamBody account before completing checkout.
  • Check that your payment method has sufficient funds and that online purchases are enabled.
  • If your bank uses additional verification such as 3-D Secure, approve the purchase through the bank prompt before returning to DreamBody.

If a payment fails

  • Verify the card details, expiration date, and billing profile used during checkout.
  • Confirm that your card or wallet has enough balance and has not hit a daily online-purchase limit.
  • Ask your bank whether international or online transactions are restricted on that payment method.
  • If the charge was attempted through Apple or Google, check the store account for billing alerts or rejected purchases.

If the payment still does not go through, contact the billing channel first, then email DreamBody support with the purchase email and approximate time of the attempt.

Refunds and cancellations

When a purchase is completed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds, subscription changes, and account-level billing controls are managed by that platform under its own rules.

Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the terms attached to the selected subscription, the relevant app store, and any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to the transaction.

Payment security

DreamBody relies on third-party billing and payment providers to process charges. Payment credentials should only be entered inside the secure checkout flow shown by the relevant provider or app store.

DreamBody does not ask customers to send full card details by email. If you see an unexpected charge, a failed purchase, or a mismatch between your selected subscription and the completed order, contact support as soon as possible.
